She’s very open-minded to every case and its uniqueness. She doesn’t use a cookie cutter fix. I’ve recommended her to oven a dozen people and have never heard a complaint. I know I am a very needy client…:). Heather always keeps me in the loop and responds to me in a respectable amount of time. If you’re looking for someone that’ll hear you out and pursue the best outcome in which you’re looking for, then you’re in the right place. She’s not a “20 min let’s accept a plea deal lawyer”. I recently got charged with a small amount and Paraphernalia. Miss. Reiner continuously communicated with me throughout the whole process. Got my case pushed back this gave me time to take care of her retainer and my bills. She was also able to get me a class mandated by the officer to get a charge dropped and the other charge lowered. I highly recommend she is worth the money and time.

We hired Heather after our son was arrested for a DUI. Heather and I were friends in elementary and high school. But we hadn’t been in contact for over 20 years. Through social media I knew she had started her own law firm, it was no surprise to me as she has always been a motivated, driven, and intelligent. I knew she was the person we needed to guide us through this unknown territory. She did not disappoint! Heather kept in contact through the entire process, answering questions that we had, explaining what forms my son had to fill out and return, telling us step by step how the ARD program works, and always responding quickly. My son and I both agree this process would have been so stressful without her knowledge. I’m hoping to never need her expertise again, but if I would, I will definitely be contacting her again.

I have never experienced such a dark, depressing time and although I knew I was innocent, our judicial system had a way of making me feel guilty and the need to prove my innocence. I retained Heather to represent me in court and not only was she posed and professional in court but it was evident that she wasn’t just a small women in awesome shoes! Heather did an outstanding job with my Fiancé's case. He was accused with serious criminal charges from a past relationship that could’ve possibly caused him to be deported & in prison for 30+ years. Heather was always attentive, in communication at all times, making sure we met in person when anything new arise. We are a couple of the Christian Faith & one of the things we loved was her ethics always staying truthful & honest. There were times where the case was unpredictable because the verdict depended on the jurors. But we kept declaring “We believe & trust in God, the truth will set us free”. The trial was a stressful experience, however I cannot thank enough, the jurors were selected thoroughly & they took their time studying the case & looking into all the evidence. It ended turning to a full acquittal on all felony charges. From the bottom of our hearts, we will be forever grateful to Heather. We can definitely say Justice was served in Lancaster. We will refer her to anyone.
